Host Family for students?

my mom wants to be a host family and our local high school is ranked to be number one in the California but would like to get paid at the same time. Does anyone know a site for that?? and my family would prefer a girl from Japan because i have my mom, my older sister and I (also my stepdad) so we want a girl so it would be better for me and my sister. So anyways to the main point is that.. anyone know a web site or programs that lets host family get paid at the same time ??? like be a host family and get paid by the exchange students family…. and of course.. we will provide everything that is needed to the student.. becuase i am still a sophmore in my high school
i dont want to get the student from the program thing but like just bring the person over here and just get paid and go to trips and go to school togather kind of thing..

Thats not how it works. You don’t get paid. Exchange means a student from America goes to another country, and the student from the other country comes here. You stay with each others family. Hence, the “exchange” part.
