Web-hosting Plans – Monthly subscriptions?

This is a re-add of my original question, but less broad so I get the answer I am looking for.
I am looking for PAID website hosting plans. I am looking to subscribe to a web-host on a monthly payment basis so there cant be any 20$ setup fees…… I am looking for ideas from people that have first hand experience with the company, and not going by research as most sites that say a certain web-host is the best is usually created by that web-host and is false. I’m only trusting first-hand experience.

Well my choice would be Hostgator. I’m using it like 3 months and i’m happy with it. Additional domain adding is a breathe.
You van get Unlimited domain hosting, Unlimited bandwith, unlimited disk space if u choose Baby hosting plan.
