hi, a question on web space…?

I used to use Tiscali and part of the deal included free Web Space which I used to create my own personal website. If I type in the URL (http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/…..) the website still comes up on the web but I now need to change part of the website. I´ve got WS-FTP to do this but I don´t know what to do with regards to the Host Name, User Id and Password it asks for. It won´t accept what I put in and I´m not sure if it´s because I don´t have an account with Tiscali anymore or if it´s because I am putting in the wrong information (the last time I used it was 3 years ago). Should it matter if I have have finished using Tiscali to change the website on WS-FTP? If so who could I use instead of them and what do I need to do for this to happen? I hope this makes sense. Depends if tiscali have closed your account, best way to see is try and access the webpage on the net. If you can, you will need to contact tiscali for the login details, if you cant remember them.

If they cant/wont do it for you, then you will need to move the site to another provider. Most ISPs provide some sort of webspace, just check who you have now for that info
